We built this because MCST councils in Singapore — and strata committees in markets like Australia, Malaysia and Hong Kong — had no independent way to compare managing agents. Government registers tell you who manages what. Nothing tells you how well.
What we do
We combine official BCA register data (Singapore) with Google Business Profile ratings, AI-enriched website analysis, and accreditation data to build the most complete picture of each firm.
Portfolio sizes come from government sources and cannot be self-reported. Our data is refreshed regularly and cross-checked against multiple sources. No managing agent can pay to improve their standing in our directory — rankings reflect data, not commercial relationships.

No sponsored rankings No firm can pay to appear higher in results or receive a badge they haven't earned. Every position in our directory is determined by data alone.

Government data first Portfolio counts and MCST assignments always come from official BCA records, not firm self-reports. If the register says 80 MCSTs, that's what we show.

Transparent methodology Our ranking signals are documented. Firms can dispute data by emailing us with evidence — if the evidence checks out, we update within 5 business days.
