How we build this directory
Compare Managing Agents is an independent directory. We don't sell listings, take referral fees, or accept payment to influence rankings. Every firm appears based on data from public records — primarily the PSRA Register of Licensed Property Services Providers.
Where the data comes from

Which firms are listed
We list every firm-level licensee on the PSRA register holding a current Category D licence — the category covering property management services to owners' management companies under the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011. Individual licensees (directors and employees) are counted under their firm rather than listed separately.
Firms are classed as dedicated management when they hold only a Category D licence, or when their name signals a property management focus. Other firms are full-service agencies also licensed for auctioneering, sales or lettings — the register does not record whether they actively manage OMC developments, so confirm any firm's current portfolio directly.
How firms are ranked
The default sort combines the number of PSRA-licensed individuals under each firm's licence (an objective, register-derived measure of professional team size), whether the firm is a dedicated property manager, and Google rating quality and review volume.
We do not accept payment to alter rankings. If we add a sponsored-placement feature in future, it will be labelled prominently and sponsored firms will not displace organic results.
Google rating matching
We match firms from the PSRA register to Google Business listings using name similarity and Irish geography. Where a high-confidence match is found, we display the star rating and review count via the Google Places API. Where matching is ambiguous, we show no rating rather than risk attributing another business's reviews.

- We do not verify or endorse any managing agent's service quality

- We do not accept payment for placement, featured badges, or profile upgrades

Each directory is independently operated and built on register data for its own jurisdiction. This site also covers Singapore.
