The Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) is Hong Kong's statutory regulator for the property management industry, established under the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap. 626). Since August 2020, any company providing regulated property management services — including managing common areas, maintenance coordination, financial management, and administrative services for multi-owner properties — must hold a valid PMC (Property Management Company) licence from the PMSA.
This directory lists every licensed PMC on the PMSA register. Licence numbers are shown on every profile so Owners' Corporation (OC) committees can verify directly at the official PMSA register. It is an offence under Cap. 626 to provide regulated property management services without a current licence.
