How we build this directory
Compare Managing Agents is an independent directory. We don't sell listings, take referral fees, or accept payment to influence rankings. Every firm appears based on data from public records — primarily the BCA MCST Register.
Where the data comes from

How firms are ranked
The default sort in the directory is by number of active MCSTs — the number of Management Corporation Strata Title bodies currently listed under each managing agent on the BCA register. This is an objective measure of portfolio size; it cannot be self-reported or inflated.
We do not accept payment to alter rankings. If we add a sponsored-placement feature in future, it will be labelled prominently and sponsored firms will not displace organic results.
Which firms are listed
We list every firm that appears on the BCA MCST Register with two or more active MCSTs. Firms with only one MCST are excluded from the directory (they are typically self-managed buildings, not commercial managing agents).
Firms with fewer than 10 MCSTs and no enrichment data (Google rating, website, or at-a-glance information) receive a reduced profile page and are marked noindex — they appear in the directory listing but not in search engine results. This is to avoid thin, low-value pages.
Google rating matching
We match firms from the BCA register to Google Business listings using name similarity and Singapore geography. Where a high-confidence match is found, we pull the star rating and review count via the Google Places API.
Matching is not always possible — many managing agents operate under group brands or trade under different names. If you believe a firm's Google listing has been incorrectly matched or missed, use the form below to let us know.
What we don't do
- We do not verify or endorse any managing agent's service quality
- We do not generate or moderate reviews
- We do not accept payment for placement, featured badges, or profile upgrades
- We are not affiliated with BCA or any government body
About the network
Compare Managing Agents is part of a network of independent strata and property management directories, including CompareStrata (Australia), CompareFactors (Scotland), CompareBlockManagers (England & Wales), CompareHOAManagers (USA) and CompareCondoManagers (Canada). Each directory is independently operated and built on register data for its own jurisdiction.
